Does general admission include all POP Cats features?

YES, all POP Cats features are included with the exception of “Meet & Greets” and Art Workshops.

Understandably, any products or services provided by any exhibitor or talent are extra and at their own discretion.

Can I bring my cat?

YES! You can bring your sidekick. Follow simple but important guidelines before considering bringing your kitty. Guidelines will be published soon! If you have questions now, we’d love to hear from you. Email us at [email protected]

Buying multiple tickets but don't know the name of each attendee?

Place your name or the name of your organization for each attendee ticket.

Can someone else use my ticket?

Tickets are transferable but cannot be duplicated. Your ticket will be scanned allowing you access, no matter the name on the order. The original purchaser does not need to be present.

Will I be able to buy Meet & Greet tickets at the event?

Tickets will be available to purchase at the event only if the desired ticket-type hasn’t sold out in advance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You have options:
1. Bring your printed ticket.

2. We can scan your ticket from your phone.

3. We can look you up by your name.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I Video or Audio Recording Panels?

No video or audio recording is allowed during presentations or panels. Please respect the talents’ rights and allow us to continue to show you this type of material.

What are is the parking fee at the event's venue?

POP Cats Houston – NRG Center

Onsite parking garage is $15/day

POP Cats Austin – Palmer Events Center

Onsite parking garage is $8/day

POP Cats Chicago – Artifact Events

There is ample free street parking along Ravenswood Ave.

There is ample free street parking along Ravenswood Ave.

The venue is a 5-minute walk from the Montrose Train Station (Brown Line).

POP Cats Austin – Palmer Events Center (Exhibit Hall 2)

POP Cats San Diego – Del Mar Fairgrounds (The Wyland Center)

The Coaster and Amtrak stop at the Solana Beach train station, which is about 2.5 miles from the Fairgrounds’ main entrance gate.

Train passengers can connect to North County Transit District Routes 101 or 308, then walk from the closest bus stop on each of those routes. Please see the NCTD website, www.gonctd.com, for more specific information.

 

Is vaping allowed?

Smoking, tobacco use, or the use of any vapor emitting device or similar, is prohibited inside the building and restricted to exterior areas aways from the general public.

Is there food at the festival?

Yes. All venues will have a concession available inside the festival offering a variety of snacks and meals including vegetarian and vegan options.

Are bags and backpacks permitted into the festival?

Yes. They are subject to be checked by security.

Soliciting of any kind is prohibited.

Rules of conduct

Attendees must respect commonsense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Event Management reserves the right to revoke, without refund, the admission of any attendee not in compliance with this policy.
